About Us
The Lōf project was born in early 2020, during the first months of the pandemic, with a clear idea: to create bakery and pastry products for people who see food as one of the fundamental pillars of a balanced and mindful life.
In our early days, we focused on crafting sourdough bread, working with organic ingredients of high nutritional value. Organic flours and long fermentation times allowed us to create unique products, with flavors and textures that stood apart from industrialized goods and emphasized quality and sensory experience.
Over time, and thanks to listening closely to our customers, we began exploring new approaches to food and responding to a wider range of needs. We introduced breads and baked goods made with wholegrain and high-protein flours, grains, and seeds, reducing sugars and fats while always considering allergies and intolerances. In less than a year, our products were already available in a well-known organic supermarket and in like-minded specialty stores.
This growth led us to expand into a range of vegan, gluten-free, and low-sugar products, which began to be distributed in several coffee shops across Barcelona. With over 20 years of experience in pastry, our chef continued to evolve the offering — moving from bread to desserts, breakfast items, cookies, and new creations, always with an innovative approach and a focus on mindful eating.
Today, Lōf is, in every sense, an inclusive café. A space created for everyone, where the responsibility of offering artisan products with high nutritional quality meets the pleasure of enjoying something delicious, guilt-free, anytime and with anyone. Because we believe that eating well is also about enjoyment.
